 Well-Suited, Suits up for Change

Los Angeles, Calif. – Well-Suited Worldwide, provides a distinctive cutting edge for Job Seekers. The L.A based non-profit organization is suited up for change in Job Seeking.  WSW is thinking outside the box with the latest technology in Job Searching tools.  The organization has launched a new website www.wellsuitedforthejob.com designed to network Job Seekers with the largest Virtual Career Center and Job Search network in the world. The website enables its members to stand outside of the crowd.  It serves as a free information highway for its members keeping them up with the latest in Job Searching.  It includes the first ever of it’s kind virtual career center that gives it’s members the capability to access 1000’s of volunteer virtual career counselors, mentors, spiritual counselors, image consultants, hair and make-up Artist, with makeovers provided by major retail stores like Macy’s, Nordstrom’s, Neiman Marcus, Target and others. 

In addition, members will have the opportunity to visit a Well Suited Career Boutique in their local community and be given counsel and assistance with clothing for the Job Interview. Founder Janet Lavender, who has been suiting up L.A county low-income residents for the past 12 years as CEO and founder of Dress 4 Success, is a California native that says “It’s time Job Seekers are given the tools that will give hope and encouragement for them to land the job of their dreams. We intend for our website to work in-conjunction with other job-search engine that have the goal to help get America Back to Work such as Career Builders, Women for Hire, Monstor.Com, InovaHire etc.

 “Well-Suited Worldwide is a stimulus package for job seekers to utilize”according to Lavender.  “Our goal is to infuse America and the world with a network that’s providing a reliable source of information and tools for Job Seekers to recreate themselves and Employers to feel confident they are selecting good people.”

“With more qualified people than ever looking for jobs, and in many cases looking to totally change careers, it's imperative that people know how to distinguish themselves to employers, with their skills, a positive attitude and of course, professional attire," Lavender said.

Although the services for Well-Suited for the job are for all genders we especially focus on special services for women by further reaching out to working women and those seeking jobs with our Well Suited Women’s Network (WSWN).  We are seeking women across America and other countries to start a Well Suited Women’s Network and Boutique in their own individual cities.  The WSWN, is a women’s membership network that consist of monthly meetings, annual conferences, motivational and educational seminars.   Women who register as members will have complete access to the Boutique and Career Counseling services in their own communities.  Currently, there are only 4 boutiques located in the L.A area.  Well-Suited is also recruiting companies that have the desire to help get America back to work to register on-line as well as participate in our volunteer and ad-campaigns.  Please see the website for further detail.  Volunteers in all capacities of Human Resources and Image Consulting and stylist are also needed for both virtual and physical offices.
